This acquisition comes as Stagwell expands its global footprint and invests further in AI-enabled solutions at the forefront of digital marketing. By bringing ADK GLOBAL into Stagwell, the network’s regional staff count rises to over 2,000 team members, spanning agencies and affiliates on the ground in Australia, Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Stagwell and ADK GLOBAL’s complementing suite of AI-powered solutions for digital marketers are set up to help clients, including global and Asian brands such as LG, Shanghai Disney Resort, Google, Dexcom and Adidas, deliver impactful results. The company joins Stagwell Marketing Cloud’s PRophet Comms Tech Suite of AI-powered offerings purpose-built for modern PR and marketing professionals.

Founded by Eran Nizri and Yehonatan Arami in 2017, LEADERS and IMAI combine high-value digital and influencer marketing strategy with a cutting-edge, AI-powered SaaS influencer marketing platform. Luxine joins Veritas Communications (Veritas) as the next step in its ambitious growth strategy to focus on local markets across Canada. Caroline Dubé, Luxine’s industry-leading founder, has been appointed Senior Vice President & Head of LuxineVeritas, and joins the Veritas Executive Leadership Team.

Launched 12 years ago, Luxine is a corporate and consumer boutique PR agency in Montreal with A-List clients and the strategic and creative heft of larger, national agencies. Headquartered in São Paulo, the agency will play a key role in driving business for Stagwell within Brazil as well as the greater Latin America (LATAM) region as part of Allison, a global marketing and communications consultancy within Stagwell.

WNP will become the first co-branded member of the Anomaly Alliance in a partnership model designed to expand Anomaly’s global footprint beyond its existing offices in New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, London, Berlin, and Shanghai.
