Wade Oosterman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Peyden Inc., a private investment firm with holdings in technology, real estate, and media.

Mr. Oosterman is a recognized leader in the telecom industry.  He has held executive roles with BCE, Inc., Canada’s largest communications company, including Vice Chairman of Bell Canada from 2018 through January 2024 and President of Bell Media from January 2021 until January 2024. From 2006 to 2018, his positions included President of Bell Mobility, President of Bell Residential Services, and Chief Brand Officer of Bell Canada. Prior to joining BCE, Mr. Oosterman was Chief Marketing and Brand Officer for TELUS Corp. and Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing for TELUS Mobility. In 1987, Mr. Oosterman co-founded wireless carrier Clearnet Communications Inc. and served on its board of directors until the successful sale of the company to TELUS in 2000.

Mr. Oosterman serves on the boards of directors of Telephone Data Systems Inc., a U.S. telecom provider, and Calix, Inc., a platform, cloud and managed services company. He previously served on the boards of directors of EnStream, Ingram Micro and Virgin Mobile Canada.
